I ran across my copy of the Holstee Manifesto recently and it reminded me again of the importance of mindfulness and conscious awareness in our everyday journey. I won't bore you with the history of the Manifesto, but these guys had it going!!! If we are spiritual beings having a human experience, why aren't we enjoying the ride. There is no destination, the journey is the destination. This is an awesome chance and responsibility to make the most of our time here on this big, beautiful water ball we call Earth. Why sweat the small stuff when we can spread love and connect and make a difference by being our most splendid selves. The world is screaming for our gifts, all we have to give and all we can give. Why try to copy or blend in or stay small. REACH! DREAM! SOAR!
So here's the Holstee Manifesto. ENJOY!
This is your LIFE. Do what you love, and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. If you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching TV. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop; they will be waiting for you when you start doing things you love.
Stop over analyzing, LIFE IS SIMPLE. All emotions are beautiful. When you eat, appreciate every last bite.
Open your mind, arms, and heart to new things and people. We are united in our differences. Ask the next person you see what their passion is and share your inspiring dream with them. TRAVEL OFTEN; getting lost will help you find yourself. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.
Life is about the people you meet, and the things you create with them so go out and start creating. LIFE IS SHORT. Live your dream and SHARE Your PASSION.

Stepping Up to the Challenge!

These are the days my friends, we hope they soon will end, 'cause we are tired and scared of CoV2...to paraphrase an old song. The chaos keeps turning corners and spinning our heads and hearts into uncharted territories. Between unemployment and isolation and politics and elections...whew, I'm constantly grounding and taking deep breaths.
In March of this year, a bright light entered my sphere. I received training as a Reiki Master to be able to teach online. AMAZING energy upgrade and classes are even more amazing. Distance Reiki sessions are more powerful and I'm meeting some super precious souls.
And, just this week, I was challenged to come up with a way to conduct iridology sessions remotely. And, OUILA, Universe inspired me to seek out a solution. There it was, right from my teacher in Biloxi.
When we ask and say YES, these challenges offer up opportunities to be of further service to humanity.
A Native American philosophy came across my Facebook this morning...basically instead of what can I get and how can I get there, seek to find a way to give and serve. This is true Authentic Self living through love.
